Shipping

All purchases will be shipped via USPS or UPS, insured with delivery receipt requested. Orders confirmed in 48 hours of the order receipt with estimated delivery time. If the product you ordered is out of stock we will contact you via e-mail or phone with an estimated delivery time. Please see Privacy & Terms for all details.

Please make a copy of your order form for your records.

Delivery

Please allow 7-15 days for delivery in the continental United States.

All orders are shipped in a USPS/UPS envelope or box.

RETURNS

Most items purchased from our organization may be exchanged or returned within 20 business days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

To return an item for exchange, please send the item freight prepaid and, for your protection, insured. E-mail us immediately to let us know of your return or exchange. Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order description to expedite processing for your credit.
